Yogurt mask.

I made a trip to the supermarket after my part time job for more apples last week and I suddenly remembered about this method to achieve smoother and healthier skin naturally. I read on net that applying natural plain yogurt on your face would provide many benefits without spending so much on beauty products. So suitable for people like me who always spend their money on other nonsenses and always ending up broke. -__-

Sharing a few informations that I found on livestrong.com !

"Yogurt contains lactic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid that helps to smooth rough, dry skin and prevent premature aging such as fine lines, wrinkles and age spots. A yogurt mask will also help to dissolve dead skin that is accumulating in the pores causing a dull and cakey appearance. The lactic acid will also close large pores giving skin a younger appearance."

"Yogurt has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, making it ideal for acne-prone skin. It is also rich in zinc, which is commonly known to aid in the healing of acne blemishes. It will help to naturally kill impurities that lead to breakouts, keeping the skin fresh and clean."

"Yogurt has a mild bleaching effect on the skin when used over time. A yogurt mask as ideal for skin that is blotchy and damaged due to environmental factors such as too much sun exposure. This is also an excellent and gentle treatment for age spots."

Yogurt provides many good health benefits too if you consume it. It is high in calcium, proteins and it aids digestion. I would love to eat it as a snack everyday but... I just hate the taste of plain yogurt..... Is it just me? ): I'll try forcing myself to like it. It'll be worth it, judging from the vast benefits!! MAYBE IT CAN MAKE ME TALLER. HAHAHA

Pauls's all natural yogurt, my choice!

So far, I have applied the yogurt on my face for 3 times. I'll blog about the result in future. I'm sure that it'll work! My face felt smoother after washing it off everytime & If you guys are planning to try this out too, please google for more informations first! Make sure you're not allergic to yogurt or something. It'll nasty if your face turns out red after applying it. ):

Thanks for reading! I just wanted to share this tip that I found randomly hahaha. Hopefully this would work well for everyone!! Okay, I'll get back to sleep now, I woke up too early. Setting my alarm first cause I've an appointment at 3pm later on. It'll be my first visit to the 'Gardens by the bay'. (;

Instragram beautify us hahahaha.

  1. Just to add: Yoghurt is also a good way of quitting smoking. Have plenty and the next cigarette will taste like *Blech!*
